Suroviny:1 červené řepa, 3 větší brambory, 3 červené cibule, 1 žlutá paprika,bílý jogurt, špenát,mouka,koření dle chuti hořčice, olej.
Řepu a brambory nastrouháme, nakrájíme na drobno cibuli, přidáme koření, sůl, jogurt, hořičici, trochu mouky na zahuštění, zamícháme a smažíme na pánvi placičky.
Potom do pánvičky dáme trochu oleje, nakrájenou cibulku, mouku a připravíme zásmažku. Přidáme špenát a dochutíme.
Žlutou papriku nakrájíme a podusíme s cibulkou nakrájenou na kolečka.
Na talíř dáme placičky a špenát, který dozdobíme podušenou žlutou paprikou s cibulkou.
Přeji dobrou chuť.
