Upečte si „čokovločku“

Ivka Šimáková poslala fotky „Čokovločky“, která je vyrobená z kynutého těsta a Nutely. Je krásná, že by ji člověk nejraději snědl…..

Vyrobíte ji tak, že kynuté těsto rozdělíte na 4 díly. Vyválíte z nich plát a vyříznete kruh velikosti talíře.

Z odřezků vytvarujete pátý kruhový plát. 4 pláty potřete Nutelou a spojíte.Vrchní pátý plát zůstane nenamazaný.

Přenesete na plech s pečícím papírem a doprostřed postavíte skleničku, která vám označí vnitřní kruh. Od něj nakrájíte pásy jako paprsky.

Kruh tedy nakrojíte celkem 16 x. Nejdříve na čtvrtiny a ty ještě rozpůlíte dvakrát na poloviny. Vznikne tedy 16 paprsků, které vždy po dvou dvakrát otočíte šroubovitým pohybem směrem ven a pak na konci spojíte.

Vykynuté zlehka pomažete rozpuštěným máslem nebo našlehaným žloutkem a upečete dozlatova.

Podobným způsobem můžete naplnit vločky i jinou nádivkou nebo upéct malé vločky z lískového těsta z jednoho plátku bez nádivky.

 

A ještě přikládáme recept na kynuté těsto:

Suroviny

  • 450 g (4 hrnky) polohrubé mouky + ještě cca 50 g na posypání
  • 180 ml (¾ hrnku) mléka
  • 2 vaječné žloutky (bílky použijeme na potření koláče)
  • 8 g (1 ½ čajové lžičky) droždí
  • 30 g (2 polévkové lžíce) másla
  • 70 g (⅓ hrnku) cukru, ale nemusí být tolik, stačí jedna lžíce.
  • špetka soli
  • Na náplň 200 g (cca 1 hrnek) čokoládového krému

Droždí mícháme s cukrem, až se rozpustí. Přidáme teplé mléko, trochu mouky a necháme odstát. Až se vytvoří pěna, smícháme s ostatními surovinami, dobře propracujeme (minimálně 10 minut), přikryjeme utěrkou a necháme v teple vykynout.

Potom vytvarujeme koláč a opět necháme vykynout, tentokráte ale méně, aby těsto nepřekynulo a „nespadlo“. Dáme péct do trouby, která je roztopená asi na 200 stupňů, ale po chvíli teplotu snížíme, aby se koláč dobře propekl a nespálil. To, že je upečený, poznáme podle vůně, barvy a také podle toho, že když do koláče píchneme špejlí, zůstane čistá. Pokud na špejli budou zbytky těsta, je koláč uprostřed ještě syrový.
