Paní Broni děkuji, že nám zaslala moc pěkné obrázky s květinami, které vypadají jako živé. A napsala nám k nim tento komentář. 
Obrázky jsou namalované žehličkou nanesením horkého barevného vosku na křídový papír. Jedná se o techniku, která se jmenuje „enkaustika“. Malování horkým voskem bylo už známé v antickém Řecku. Dnes znovu oživlo a pomocí enkaustiky se vytvářejí hlavně abstraktní obrazy. Protože mám ráda květy a teď jich kolem nás je stále více, rozhodla jsem se, že vyzkouším, jestli jdou voskem malovat i jednotlivé druhy květin. A jdou! Toto jsou moje první pokusy – jarní pohlednice.
A můj komentář: Já jsem to také zkoušel, když jsme vyráběli motýlky a potřebovali jsme na ně pestrý papír. Některé malby vypadaly hodně abstraktně, mořský svět a podobně, jen nevím jestli je poznat co na nich je, jako u těchto krásných obrázků. Nezkusí to někdo další?
