Rakytník- oranžová je dobrá

Jak mít zásobu vitamínu a zdraví prospěšných látek na celou zimu? Dá se jít do nějaké prodejny a koupit hotové doplňky stravy, ale v ovoci a v zelenině jsou ty látky správně namíchány, tak proč raději nezvolit tuto cestu.  A tak jsem se pustil do přípravy rakytníkového sirupu. Otrhal jsem plody z větviček( sklízí se i větvičkami a trhání je na nás i to, že se občas píchneme do trnu, ale štáva je léčivá) , potom je rozemlel a přepasíroval přes punčochu. Do štávy jsem za studena přidal krupicový cukr a sirup dal do lahví a do ledničky.             A hotovo!
