Trubičkové království – 1. část

Už jste slyšeli o trubičkovém království? Jmenuje se Kremo a objevili jsme ho v obci Branná. Je tam teplo a nádherně to tam voní. Už u dveří se vám začnou sbíhat sliny a pokud to království někdy navštívíte, tak se vám ta vůně bude vybavovat, kdykoli si jen vzpomenete nebo pojedete kolem.

Vlídnou a usměvavou královnou v tomhle sladkém království je paní Olga Gřundělová.  Trubičky začala vyrábět už téměř před dvaceti pěti lety – v roce 1992, kdy byla na mateřské dovolené. Nejdříve je pekla pro sebe a své přátele, ale byl o ně takový zájem, že musela výrobu několikrát rozšířit. V současné době mají provozovny ve Starém Městě a v Branné, kde pracuje 28 zaměstnanců. Sladkosti pečou na objednávku a také dodávají do různých cukráren. V sezóně můžete staroměstské máslové trubičky ochutnat v krásné cukrárně v Branné a paní Gřundělová plánuje otevřít cukrárnu ve Starém Mĕstĕ v Kvĕtné.

Staroměstské trubičky z Branné jsou vyrobeny z listového těsta a plněny bílkovým sněhem. Protože jsou vyráběny poctivě a pečlivě podle starého receptu jednoho zábřežského cukráře, jsou jedinečné, nezaměnitelné a vydrží dlouho čerstvé. Nádherně voní, výborně chutnají a skvěle vypadají. Dvěma slovy: „Nadýchaná dobrůtka“.
