Když jsem navštívil šumperský Klub zdraví, zaujala mě tam příprava několika druhů smoothie.
Líbila se mi jejich barevnost, chuť, i to, že můžeme namixovat nejenom čerstvé ovoce, ale také zeleninu nebo různá semínka a vytvořit si tak pokrm, který má prospěšný vliv pro náš organismus. Tak jsem si stejný přístroj na výrobu smoothie koupil také a pustil se do toho.
V Nových Losinách jsme si s klienty Domova pro seniory vyrobili dva druhy lahodného smoothie. Použili jsme na něj borůvky, jablka, švestky, nektarinky, pomeranč a petrželku.
Zkoušel jsem i směs borůvek, hrušek, fíků, banánů a jablek – a také to bylo skvělé.
Dalším byla výroba borůvkového sirupu s medem. Ten jsem potom převařil, aby mi déle vydržel.
