Nepečený dezert slazený stevií

Danielka ráda používá stevii a tak nám poslala ještě recept na tento dezert – jedla jsem ho a je to mňamka:

2 balení Bebe oplatků jedno tmavé druhé světlé cereální, 1 přírodní tofu, 1 tvaroh, 3 čajové lžičky karobového prášku, 1 rostlinná šlehačka nebo sojová smetana, Sladidlo stevie – sladký polibek 3 malé dávky, 2 banány, Carobella – karobová pomazánka s lískovými ořechy.

Postup:

Na alobal nebo pečící papír si naskládáme jeden balíček Bebe sučenek – 3 řady vedle sebe. Pokládáme je  na výšku.

Umixujeme hladký krém z přírodní tofu, tvarohu, rostlinné šlehačky, carobového prášku a osladíme stevií.

Polovinu krému natřeme na rozložená bebečka a položíme druhou vrstvu bebe a zbytek krému.

Do prostřední řady položíme na délku celý banán nebo dva (podle délky).

Zvedneme dvě boční řady a vytvoříme stříšku.

Carobellu ve skle rozehřejeme ve vodní lázni nebo na chviličku v mikrovlnce a střechu ze sušenek polijeme. Můžeme posypat kokosem nebo pomletými oříšky.

Dáme vychladit do lednice. A pak jíme….

Dobrou chuť.
