Hanka Hýblová poslala pečenou zeleninu ve tvaru barevné gramofonové desky – úplná symfonie barev a chutí 🙂

Recept je přejatý z fb stránky Food Republic, jmenuje Veggie Roulade a Hnaka ho upravila do našich podmínek.
Jako podklad použila placku z lístkového těsta (určitě je možné použít i jiné těsto – vyzkoušejte a napište).
Placku potřela pikantní domácí cukinovou pomazánkou (může být třeba i kečup nebo kvalitní hořčice) a je možné ji posypat vašimi oblíbenými bylinkami.

Připravila si zeleninu – plátky papriky, pomocí škrabky připravené plátky mrkve a celeru, lístky baby špenátu a pár tenkých plátků sýra.

 Od středu začala zeleninu a sýr rolovat a vkládat na těsto.

Nakonec pomazala zeleninu olejem, osolila a okořenila pepřem a dala péct.

Bylo to prý tak dobré, že to hned zmizelo 🙂

Při přípravě Hanka použila i pórek, ale kvůli němu se koláč špatně krájel, a tak ji napadlo, že by se dal udělat i do nějakých menších forem, třeba muffinových.
