Dortík bez mouky a cukru

Od Hanky jsme dostali ještě jeden recept, tentokrát na bez mouky a cukru… píše, že je výborný třeba na snídani s jogurtem nebo ovocem, ale že by ho příště ještě něčím obarvila, třeba červenou řepou nebo karobem.

Složení:

100 g jemných ovesných vloček;
100 g jemně mletých ořechů (+150 g nahrubo nasekaných ořechů na posypání);
100 g medu;
200 g kokosu;
200 g rozpuštěného másla;
3 zralé rozmačkané banány;
2 vejce (nebo namočená lněná semínka);
1 nastrouhané jablko – podle tuhosti těsta můžete přidat i více;
trochu soli a skořice.

Na obarvení je možné použít trochu najemno nastrouhané červené řepy nebo třeba kakao nebo karob.

Všechny suroviny smícháme dohgromady a dáme do dortové formy s průměrem 24 cm vymazané a vysypané ovesnými vločkami. Posypeme nahrubo nasekanými ořechy a pečeme v troubě asi 50 minut na 170 stupňů Celsia.

 

 


Postup: vše smícháme – do formy 24prům. vymazanéa vysypané ov. vločkama – dortík posypeme nasek. ořechy – pečeme 50min/170st.
