A taky pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed o n\u00ed&#8230; Kva\u0161enou zeleninu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 a \u010dervenou \u0159epu si u\u017e ke kva\u0161en\u00ed taky p\u0159ipravila &#8211; ale zat\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed hotov\u00e1, na st\u016fl p\u0159ijde a\u017e p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed t\u00fdden.<\/p>\n<p>Kva\u0161en\u00edm se pr\u00fd mohou upravovat v\u0161echny druhy zeleniny nebo zeleninov\u00fdch sm\u011bs\u00ed. Doporu\u010duje se v\u0161ak m\u00edchat maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 5 druh\u016f zeleniny, aby je t\u011blo dok\u00e1zalo zpracovat.<\/p>\n<p>Kva\u0161en\u00ed je jednoduch\u00e9 a kva\u0161en\u00e1 zelenina je dobr\u00e1 a levn\u00e1. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u00e1m kombinace zeleniny a kva\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159iprav\u00ed pomocn\u00edka, kter\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee detoxikovat na\u0161e t\u011blo. Dok\u00e1\u017ee pro\u010distit hlavn\u011b na\u0161e j\u00e1tra &#8211; a ta m\u00e1me v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 skoro v\u0161ichni, i kdy\u017e nepijeme alkohol. (Pr\u00fd j\u00e1tra po\u0161kozuje i zlost, vztek a nervozita! Tak poj\u010fme hojit s l\u00e1skou p\u0159ipravenou a s vl\u00eddnost\u00ed podanou kva\u0161enou zeleninou.)<\/p>\n<p>Postup je opravdu jednoduch\u00fd:<\/p>\n<p>Zelenina se nastrouh\u00e1 na struhadle nahrubo (mrkev, celer, ale i kv\u011bt\u00e1k, zel\u00ed, cuketa, \u010derven\u00e1 \u0159epa) nebo se najemno pokr\u00e1j\u00ed (cibule, paprika, raj\u010data). Na 1 kg zeleniny se p\u0159idaj\u00ed se 2 dkg soli\u00a0a m\u016f\u017ee podle chuti p\u0159idat i ko\u0159en\u00ed nebo r\u016fzn\u00e9 bylinky\u00a0(\u010desnek, petr\u017eelov\u00e1 na\u0165, bazalka, k\u0159en, do \u010derven\u00e9 \u0159epy t\u0159eba fenykl).<\/p>\n<p>Vhodn\u00e9 je m\u00edchat \u0161\u0165avnatou zeleninu (nap\u0159. \u010derven\u00e1 \u0159epa) s m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161\u0165avnat\u00fdmi druhy (nap\u0159. kapusta).<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u011bs se zam\u00edch\u00e1 a nech\u00e1 2 hodiny odst\u00e1t. Pak se pln\u00ed do zava\u0159ovac\u00edch sklenic a velmi t\u011bsn\u011b se nap\u011bchuje. (Nelze u\u017e\u00edvat sklenice<br \/>\nse \u0161roubovac\u00edm uz\u00e1v\u011brem. Ty toti\u017e p\u0159i kva\u0161en\u00ed nepovol\u00ed.) Na sklenice polo\u017e\u00edme v\u00ed\u010dka a upevn\u00edme je pomoc\u00ed hlavice. Sklenice vyrovn\u00e1me na plech nebo t\u00e1cek. Po zhruba dvou a\u017e t\u0159ech dnech nastane bou\u0159liv\u00e9 kva\u0161en\u00ed a \u0161\u0165\u00e1va \u00a0m\u016f\u017ee vyt\u00e9kat mezi sklenic\u00ed a v\u00ed\u010dkem. Pak bude\u00a0bude kva\u0161en\u00ed pomalu ust\u00e1vat.<\/p>\n<p>Po \u010dtrn\u00e1cti dnech je zelenina vhodn\u00e1 ke konzumaci.
