Pizzičky „Káťa Škubánek“

Gruntovi nám poslali recept na skvělou dobrůtku. Jsou to pizzičky s názvem Káťa Škubánek. Vyzkoušejte si je!

Budete potřebovat: 

370 g  mouky

140 g rajčat. protlaku

110 ml vody

5-6 polévkových lžic oleje

15 g droždí (i víc)

sůl

Po nakynutí těsto vyválej, skleničkou vytlač kolečka – asi 22 kusů. Na 5 minut je zapeču, aby se směs, kterou poté na pizzičky dám, jakoby nevysušila.

Na každou dám trošku kečupu, podušený pórek se zelím a malým množstvím mrkve (ochutím wurzlem, kmínem). Na tuto směs dám nastrouhané uzené tofu, čerstvou zeleninu podle chuti, olivy, cibuli apod. + např. oregano.

Peču na 175°C nejdéle 15 min.

Výborné jsou i s pestem z medvědího česneku s čerstvou kapií na povrchu a opět může být nastrouhané uzené tofu.

Pesto z medvědího česneku si vyrobíte tak, že čerstvý medvědí česnek na jemno nakrájíte, naložíte do skleniček, zalijete kvalitním olivovým olejem. (Před naložením do skleniček můžete rozmixovat.)
